Shipping policy

Current turn around times:

Turn around times are 2-10 days depending on the current volume of orders. The turn around time is the time it takes to make the items, package the items and take the package to the post office. It does not include the shipping time. If you have selected a faster shipping method please know that that doesn't change the turn around time. If you need your package shipped quickly please message me and I am happy to help out. 🙂

Shipping Policy:

Packages are shipped via USPS.

Once the package has been dropped of at the post office office it becomes the responsibility of the USPS and I have no control over shipping/delivery times. Red Owl Photo Props is not liable for any missing/lost or stolen packages.

If a package is unclaimed and returned to me and needs to be reshipped, you are responsible for the costs to have your package reshipped.

I ship using the the shipment address you provided. Please make sure this is the correct address. 

Please note that you are responsible for any VAT taxes or additional fees and taxes your country may charge when your items arrive at your postal service. Those fees are your responsibility to pay for. Red Owl Photo Props is not responsible for those charges.
