Returns and exchange details
Returns/Exchanges must be requested within 3 days of delivery confirmation or they will not be accepted. Contents must be in their original packaging and in new, unused condition.
Refunds will not be processed until the items are back in my possession.
I stand behind the quality of my items and your satisfaction is very important to me. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me and I will work with you to make it right.
If an item must be returned or exchanged the purchasing customer is responsible for all shipping charges, unless it is an error on my part.
